OMO Bank is inviting qualified and experienced professionals to apply for four job vacancies in research, innovation, product development, intelligence, and district management. The positions are available at the Head Office and Sodo District.

1. Senior Innovation & Product Development Officer

Location: Head Office

Education:

• MA or BA degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting & Finance, Economics, Business Leadership, Marketing Management, or a related field.

Experience:

• 4/5 years of related work experience in the banking industry.

2. Senior Intelligence & Research Officer

Location: Head Office

Education:

• MA or BA degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting & Finance, Economics, Business Leadership, Marketing Management, or a related field.

Experience:

• 4/5 years of related work experience in the banking industry.

3. Manager – Research, Innovation and Product Development Division

Location: Head Office

Education:

• MA or BA degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Human Resource Management, Management, Accounting & Finance, Economics, Business Leadership, Marketing Management, or a related field.

Experience:

• 7/8 years of related banking experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in managerial or supervisory positions.

4. District Manager III

Location: Sodo District

Education:

• MA or BA degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting & Finance, Economics, Business Leadership, Marketing Management, or a related field.

Experience:

• 9/10 years of relevant work experience in financial institutions.
• At least 4 years of experience in a supervisory position.
• Familiarity with the working environment of the area is required.
