- Preparing Bill of quality, materials for every site.
- Preparing, Reviewing & approving agreements.
- Drawing adjustment, rearranging, printing and distributing for every site.
- Preparing master schedule for every project.
- Preparing monthly schedule for every project.
- Preparing sub-contractors’ payment, analyzing variations, claims in every project every two weeks.
- Preparing labors payment in every project every two weeks.
- Preparing or approving temporary sub-contractors’ payment in every project.
- Preparing Reports monthly and weekly for each project.
- Collecting and requesting needed materials from every site and letting know to management and purchaser.
- Writing letters, minutes to and from respective individual or external Companies.
- Creating formats, telegram pages that are suitable for smooth communication from site to site.
- Making sure requested materials are delivered on the needed site on time.
- Follow up and monitor construction activities as per the schedules for every project.
- Good communication with site engineers on every site.
- Reporting/ approving every work to your superiors.
