CHINA CIVIL ENGINEERING CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION ETHIOPIACHUKALA WATER SUPPLY PROJECT IS LOOKING FOR  POSITION:OFFICE ENGINEERPrepare monthly Interim Payment Certificates based on actual work completed.Measure and calculate quantities executed at site.Apply the approved contract rates.Include approved variations, additional works, and applicable deductions.Prepare supporting documents for the IPC submission.Work Progress MonitoringCollect daily/weekly work progress information from the site.Compare actual progress vs. planned progress.Prepare monthly progress reports and progress percentages.Identify delays and reasons for delay.Update the project work program/schedule.Quantity and MeasurementCheck site measurements and quantities.Prepare BOQ quantity calculations.Compare executed quantities with contract quantities.Maintain records of cumulative quantities and remaining quantities.Progress DocumentationMaintain records of completed works.Prepare progress tables, S-curves, and other progress charts.Organize photographs and other evidence supporting completed works.Maintain IPC history and cumulative payment records.Variation and Additional WorkPrepare quantity calculations for variation works.Maintain records of instructed/approved additional works.
