Job Summary

The Marketing & Sales Professional drives commercial growth by executing marketing initiatives, managing client relationships, and executing sales strategies to meet business objectives. Operating from Addis Ababa, the role combines market promotion with direct sales activities to expand customer reach and strengthen brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Execution & Growth: Implement active sales strategies to acquire new clients, retain existing accounts, and achieve targets.
• Marketing Support: Participate in planning and executing promotional activities, market campaigns, and outreach initiatives.
• Customer Engagement: Build positive relationships with clients, present product/service offerings effectively, and address customer inquiries.
• Market Reporting: Monitor market trends, gather competitor insights, and prepare regular sales and activity reports for management.

Educational Qualification & Experience Requirements

• Education: Diploma or BA Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience in a sales or marketing role.
