Marketing & Sales Intern

Job Summary

The Marketing & Sales Intern provides enthusiastic support across business development, client management, and social media execution. Operating in-person from the Bole Deldeiye area of Addis Ababa, the role engages beauty industry clients—such as salons and spas—to help them expand their businesses and leverage digital marketing tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospecting & Lead Generation: Research and identify prospective clients in the beauty sector, initiating outreach and supporting sales conversion activities.
• Client Relationship Management: Build professional relationships, manage client accounts, and deliver ongoing support to existing partners.
• Social Media & Digital Content: Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media channels while responding promptly to online audiences.
• Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor basic campaign results, analyze client engagement metrics, and prepare simple progress reports for the team.

Educational Qualification & Experience Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a closely related field.
• Experience: Fresh graduate / Entry-level role specifically open to female candidates (applicants are required to include their LinkedIn profile URL when applying).
