- Develop and implement marketing and sales plans for the company's dairy products.
- Identify and develop new customers, distributors, retailers, institutions, hotels, restaurants, supermarkets, and other potential markets.
- Promote the company's dairy products and increase market coverage and sales volume.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and develop new business opportunities.
- Conduct regular market assessments and provide information on customer preferences, competitors, prices, and market trends.
- Collect and report customer feedback regarding product quality, packaging, pricing, and availability.
- Distribute and deliver the dairy products timely in Addis Ababa and its surrounding
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly marketing and sales reports.
- Meet agreed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
