Vacancy Details: Vacancy No: SB/HCM/0229/26Job Summary: The Sourcing & Material Management Manager is responsible for leading the Bank's sourcing, procurement, material management, and fleet management functions to ensure the timely, cost-effective, and compliant acquisition, storage, and availability of goods service.Job & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies for goods, services, equipment and materials in line with procurement policy.
- Establish minimum, maximum, and reorder levels, monitor stock movements and inventory accuracy.
- Coordinate periodic physical stock counts and identify slow-moving, obsolete, or surplus materials.
- Lead, supervise and develop sourcing, warehouse and material management staff against agreed KPIs.
- Plan and oversee fleet operation, vehicle acquisition, allocation, utilisazion, and disposal within policy and budget.
- Identify cost reduction opportunities through strategic sourcing consolidation and competitive negotiation; track spend against budget.
