Manager – Graphics and Documentation Division

Qualification: BA Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, IT, Computer Science, or a related field, with advanced certifications or specialized training in Graphic Design, User Experience (UX/UI) Design, Web Development, Digital Media, or related disciplines.

Experience: Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.

Additional Qualifications:

Master’s Degree in a related field is an added advantage.

Professional training in Marketing Management is an added advantage.

Professional training in Graphic Design, Web Development, Digital Content Creation, or related areas.

Job Summary: The jobholder is responsible for planning, organizing, and managing the Bank’s graphic design, audio-visual production, and documentation functions in support of the Bank’s corporate communication, marketing, and branding strategies. The position leads the development of high-quality creative and multimedia content for print, digital, and social media platforms, ensuring consistency with the Bank’s brand identity and communication standards. The jobholder also manages and monitors documentation, including video recording, photography during various occasions, and delivery of photographs, for promotion, advertising, and annual reports.
