Qualification:  MBA/MA/BA Degree in HRM, Management, Business Administration, Economics, Business Leadership, Marketing Management or related Fields.

Work Experience : 8/9 years’ Experience of which 2 years as Team Leader, Employee Performance & Succession Management or equivalent position in Banking industry

Terms of employment  :Permanent after Probation Period.

Job Grade : XIV

Salary : As per the Bank’s salary scale.

Workplace : Head Office.
