What You’ll Do

Key Responsibilities:

Task Breakdown:

• Build, nurture, and maintain strong strategic partnerships with foreign correspondent banks and international money transfer operators (MTOs).
• Proactively initiate and establish new Banking relationships and strategic alliances with international organizations.
• Conduct thorough “Know Your Customer (KYC)” and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) due diligence assessments on foreign partner.
• Monitor, follow up, and optimize existing correspondent accounts, credit lines, and transactional workflows.

What We’re Looking For

Experience:

Years of Experience: 8/9 years of Relevant Banking Experience;

Relevant Experience: 3/4 of which on Supervisory Position.

Education & Certifications

Educational Requirements: Masters or First Degree in Accounting, Banking & Finance, Management, or related fields.

• Work Location: This position is based at Head Office.
• Contract Type: This is a permanent position.
