Job Summary

The PR and Communications Officer is responsible for developing and implementing public relations and communication strategies that enhance the organization's brand image and public reputation. The role involves managing media relations, coordinating communication campaigns, supporting internal communications, organizing events, managing the company's social media presence, and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement public relations and communication strategies.
• Edit and distribute press releases, newsletters, and other communication materials.
• Manage social media platforms and online presence to enhance the company's brand image.
• Coordinate events, press conferences, and media engagements.
• Monitor public perception and report on communication outcomes.
• Support internal communications and employee engagement initiatives.
• Maintain positive relationships with media outlets and other stakeholders.
• Assist in promoting the company's travel management and event services.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communication, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience

• 0–2 years of experience in public relations, communication, or related roles.
