Job Summary

Junior HRM Expert II is responsible for to Manage the budget, prepare financial reports, and ensure all financial transactions in comply with project agreements.

Duties and responsibilities

Assist in the onboarding process, ensuring new employees are integrated smoothly into the workplace.

Address employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances in a fair and timely manner.

Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR policies and procedures.

Support the development of career growth plans for employees.

Education and Work Experience:

Masters or BA degree in HRM or Management or Business administration or Business management or public administration and development management

4 years and Bachelor | 2 years and Masters
