Experience : 1–3 years of professional experience in HR and General Services, law, preferably within the manufacturing or export sector in Ethiopia.
Knowledge : Deep understanding of the Ethiopian Labor Proclamation and current trends in administrative management.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in HR Information Systems (HRIS), Microsoft Office Suite (advanced Excel), and fleet management tracking tools.
