Junior Auto Mechanic

Job Summary:

The Junior Auto Mechanic will support the mechanical assembly, inspection, adjustment, testing, and maintenance of 2-wheel and 3-wheel electric vehicles under the supervision of senior mechanics.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in assembly of chassis, wheels, tires, brakes, suspension, steering, axles, drivetrain, and body components.

Perform basic mechanical installation and adjustment.

Tighten bolts, nuts, and fasteners using appropriate tools.

Assist with brake and steering adjustment.

Assist senior mechanics in troubleshooting and repair.

Conduct basic mechanical inspection.

Identify and report abnormal noise, vibration, looseness, or mechanical defects.

Assist in vehicle functional and road testing.

Maintain tools, equipment, and workplace cleanliness.

Follow assembly instructions, SOPs, and safety procedures.

Properly handle vehicle components and materials.

Maintain production and inspection records where required.

Education& Experience:

BSc/Level III/IV, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Automotive Mechanics, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.

0–2 years of relevant experience  is preferred.

Fresh graduates with practical automotive skills may be considered.

Basic knowledge of vehicle mechanical systems.

Ability to use hand tools and workshop equipment.

Good attitude, discipline, teamwork, and willingness to learn.
