IT support/IT Technician

Key responsibilities

Verify spectacle lens prescriptions and optical parameters.

Inspect and evaluate the optical quality of finished lenses.

Ensure manufactured lenses meet prescribed specifications and quality standards.

Support quality assurance activities and investigate product-related complaints.

Provide technical guidance on ophthalmic lenses, coatings, and lens materials.

Prepare technical reports and maintain accurate records.

Ensure compliance with applicable Ethiopian regulatory requirements and company quality procedures.

Job  Requirement

Qualification: Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skill.

Learning new systems and adjusting to change.

Team work

0-1year for Degree 3 years for Diploma
