Job Summary:

The IT Infrastructure Officer will be responsible for designing, installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting IT systems, with a strong focus on networking.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, routers, switches)

Install, configure, and upgrade hardware and software systems

Monitor system performance and ensure high availability

Troubleshoot network, system, and application issues

Provide technical support and training to staff

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field

Minimum 4+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and networking, and Related works

Strong knowledge of network administration and security

Knowledge of network security, firewalls and VPNs

Added Advantage

Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or Microsoft certifications are advantageous.
