1. Introduction

HRNS-Ethiopia (HANNS R. NEUMANN STIFTUNG) invites eligible and qualified suppliers to submit sealed bids for the supply and delivery of desktop computers for organizational use. The procurement aims to strengthen the organization's information technology infrastructure and support efficient day-to-day operations across its offices.
