Henosis SACCO is offering its 3rd Internship-to-Hire Training Program designed to equip fresh graduates with practical experience and foundational knowledge in SACCO operations, member relations, savings mobilization, and sales techniques. Trainees who successfully pass the final assessment and performance evaluation will be hired as permanent staff members.
Key Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with SACCO members and prospective clients.
- Mobilize savings and actively promote SACCO financial products and services.
- Conduct field outreach, awareness campaigns, and member registration/account opening.
- Maintain professional communication and drive member satisfaction.
- Prepare daily and weekly mobilization reports.
- Participate in financial literacy workshops and promotional activities.
Educational Qualification & Experience Requirements
- Education: BA Degree in Accounting, Marketing, Management, or related business fields.
- Graduation Year: 2026 or 2025 graduates only.
- Experience: Entry Level / Fresh Graduate (No prior experience required).
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- High level of discipline, confidence, and team spirit.
- Interest and resilience in target-driven sales, marketing, and field conditions.
- Computer proficiency is an added advantage.
