Institutional Development Manager

Required Qualifications and Experience

Master’s degree in Peace and Security Studies, International Relations, Governance, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Management, Public Administration, International Development or a related field;

A minimum of four (4) years of progressively responsible professional experience in institutional development, organizational development, strategic planning, capacity development, program management, or related areas;

Experience working in higher education institutions, research institutes, think tanks, development organizations, regional organizations, or international institutions is highly desirable.

Demonstrated experience in organizational strengthening, institutional capacity development, partnership management, and resource mobilization;

Proven experience in developing and implementing institutional strategies, policies, systems, and organizational improvement initiatives;

Strong evidence demonstrating capacity to conduct monitoring and evaluation (M&E) exercises.

Strong analytical, planning, problem, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills;

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
