ICT Infrastructure Engineer

Job Summary

The ICT Infrastructure Engineer is responsible for deploying, configuring, and commissioning ICT infrastructure solutions while supporting technical project implementation activities. The role involves managing network and system infrastructure, coordinating with customers, vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors, and ensuring successful delivery of ICT hardware and services according to project requirements and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and commission ICT infrastructure solutions.
• Support network engineering, systems administration, and technical project implementation activities.
• Coordinate with customers, vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth delivery of specialized hardware and services.
• Assist in the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of ICT systems and infrastructure components.
• Ensure project activities are completed according to technical specifications, schedules, and quality standards.
• Provide technical support and resolve infrastructure-related issues during project implementation.
• Maintain proper technical documentation, reports, and project records.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve project objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical/Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.

Experience

• 3–4 years of hands-on experience in network engineering, systems administration, or technical project implementation within an ICT system integrator.
