The role helps ensure effective HR operations while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with company policies and applicable labor requirements.MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:•  Support recruitment, selection, onboarding, and employee orientation processes.•  Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and personnel files.•  Prepare employment documents, HR letters, attendance records, and related correspondence.•  Coordinate leave, attendance, performance, and employee information systems.•  Assist management with HR policies, procedures, and employee relations matters.•  Support payroll preparation by providing accurate employee and attendance information.•  Coordinate training, staff development, and employee engagement activities.•  Assist with performance appraisal and disciplinary processes when required.•  Ensure HR practices comply with applicable Ethiopian labor laws and company policies.•  Provide professional and confidential HR support to employees and management.
