Health and Safety Officer

Qualification

BSc Degree in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Safety, or related field.

Work Experience

Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) management, occupational safety, environmental compliance, or related functions.

Experience in manufacturing, construction, industrial, logistics, mining, energy, or other operational environments is advantageous.

Experience in implementing workplace health and safety programs, conducting risk assessments, and accident prevention initiatives.

Familiarity with emergency preparedness, incident investigation, and safety training programs.

Knowledge of Ethiopian occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Understanding of international HSE standards and best practices is preferred.
