Title:Head of FinanceLocation:Addis AbabaJob Type:Fulltime & OnsiteThe Head of Finance is responsible for overseeing the company’s overall financial management and strategy. This includes supervising accounting operations, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, managing budgets and forecasts, controlling costs, and preparing accurate financial reports to support senior management in decision-making.Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all accounting and financial operations of the company. Review and approve daily sales, expenses, and bank transactions.
• Prepare and review monthly profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
• Lead budgeting and financial forecasting processes.
• Analyze actual performance versus budget and report key variances to management. Monitor food and beverage costs and ensure effective cost control measures.
• Oversee     supplier    invoice     verification,    payment     processing,                and           receivables management.
• Ensure proper inventory reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.
• Supervise payroll processing, including attendance and overtime verification. Ensure timely submission of taxes, pension, and other statutory payments.
• Implement and maintain strong internal financial controls to prevent errors and fraud. Support internal and external audits with required documentation.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
