Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Specialist / Senior Accountant to oversee key financial accounting, reconciliation, reporting, and audit activities. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy of financial records, supporting external audits, maintaining balance sheet integrity, and delivering timely management and statutory reporting in compliance with IFRS.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional accounting qualification; ACCA student is preferred.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably with an external audit firm.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting requirements.
- Experience supporting external audits and statutory reporting.
- Solid understanding of general ledger accounting, balance sheet reconciliations, and month-end close processes.
- Experience with GIT and GRIR account management is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple deadlines, and maintain a high level of accuracy.
