Role Overview:  

Position Summary:  We are seeking a creative, talented, and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to develop high-quality visual content that strengthens the company's brand identity and supports its marketing, communication, sales, and corporate activities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging designs for digital platforms, social media, print materials, presentations, promotional campaigns, real estate projects, and other corporate communications.

What You’ll Do

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop creative and professional designs for brochures, flyers, posters, signage, banners, sales materials, advertisements, company profiles, presentations, and other marketing materials.
• Create and manage engaging visual content for social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns.
• Design promotional materials for the company's products, services, projects, events, and campaigns.
• Maintain consistency with the company's corporate identity, brand guidelines, colors, fonts, and visual standards.
• Prepare artwork according to printing and production specifications.
• Coordinate with printing companies, photographers, advertising agencies, and other creative service providers when required.
• Maintain an organized digital library of photographs, logos, templates, designs, and other creative assets.
• Stay updated on current graphic design, digital marketing, and visual communication trends.
• Perform other related duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.

What We’re Looking For

Experience:

Years of Experience: Minimum 2–4 years of relevant work experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar position.

Relevant Experience: 

• Experience in social media content design and digital marketing is highly desirable.
• Experience designing real estate marketing materials is an added advantage.

Skills:

Technical Skills:

• Excellent knowledge of: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, CorelDRAW
• Knowledge of 3D CAD designing, video editing and motion graphics software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar applications is an advantage.

Education & Certifications

Educational Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Marketing, or a related field. Strong portfolio of previous design work is required.
