JR Petroleum PLC is pleased to announce a hiring opportunity for our sister company, Desta Kassie Bulk Fuel Private Transport. We are seeking an exceptional and detail-oriented Fleet Accountant to join the team.
- Verify accurate distribution of fuel and travel allowances to drivers.
- Monitor fuel variances and investigate discrepancies between expected consumption and actual receipts.
- Reconcile vendor statements from credit fuel stations with internal dispatch records prior to payment processing.
- Verify accurate deduction of driver loan repayments from truck dispatch settlements.
- Prepare and deliver periodic summary, fuel shortage, and credit fuel reports for management review.
- Reconcile fuel and allowance accounts with general ledger entries during monthly closings.
- Maintain organized, audit-ready files for all fuel receipts, driver logs, and loan settlement records.
- Maintain strong working relationships with fleet management, dispatch teams, and external fuel vendors.
- Perform additional accounting duties as assigned.
