Financial Analyst / Supervisor

Job Summary

The Financial Analyst / Supervisor takes full ownership of financial control and accounting analysis for a leading tourism project. The role focuses on streamlining workflow documentation, optimizing profitability, establishing robust financial pillars, and conducting internal staff training to enhance financial awareness and control operational costs.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Control & Oversight: Audit daily accounting entries, review supplier accounts, process payments, and oversee payroll to ensure absolute accuracy.
• Financial Analysis: Prepare periodic financial statements, including Profit & Loss (P&L) and cash flow reports, analyzing them to identify operational strengths and areas for improvement.
• Cost Control: Monitor operational expenses across the tourism project, delivering actionable plans to reduce waste and optimize expenditures.
• Internal Training & Development: Prepare and lead simplified internal training sessions and workshops for staff to raise financial literacy, improve billing skills, and reinforce operational cost control.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Experience: 2 to 4 years of relevant professional experience in financial analysis, control, or accounting supervision.

Required Skills

• Technical Skills: Advanced MS Excel, accounting software proficiency, financial statement preparation, and cost control.

• Speaking Arabic language is a must and required
