Field Monitoring, Evaluation, and Reporting Officer

Qualification:  Bachelor’s degree in Monitoring & Evaluation, Statistics, Development Studies, Economics,  Project Management, or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).

Work Experience:  At least 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in monitoring, evaluation, research, and learning in development or humanitarian projects.

Skills:

We seek candidates who are committed to understanding local dynamics and integrating conflict-aware practices into all aspects of our work

Strong experience in designing MEL frameworks, conducting and/or supporting evaluations, and facilitating learning.

Strong skills in data collection, analysis, and reporting.

Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Kobo/ODK, SPSS, STATA, or similar data management platforms.

Good understanding of results-based management, indicators, and logical frameworks.

Strong analytical, communication, and report writing skills.

Ability to work in field settings and collaborate with program teams and communities.

Place of Work: Abala, in Zone 2, with frequent travel to Bidu and Erebti Woredas
