School of Finance Trainee – Qualification Requirements

Applicants must meet one of the following academic pathways:

Option 1: Accounting Diploma

• College 10+3 or Level IV Diploma in Accounting from a recognized university or college.

Option 2: Accounting Credit Hours / ECTS

• Completion of 65–85 credit hours or 109–142 ECTS from a recognized college or university in:
  • Accounting; or
  • Accounting and Finance.
• Minimum CGPA of 2.5.
• Minimum grade of “C” in all principal and intermediate Accounting courses.

Important Academic Eligibility

Applicants with more than 85 credit hours or 142 ECTS, including BA degree graduates, are considered overqualified and will not be accepted for the School of Finance Trainee position.

Age Requirement

Applicants must be 20–27 years old, inclusive.

Language Requirement

Knowledge of Ethiopian Airlines' working language, English, is mandatory.

• Kebele ID card — front and back copies.
