English Language Arts (ELA) Lead Teacher

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in English, Education, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in English Language Arts or Literacy.

Familiarity with the Pearson Curriculum or other international education frameworks (preferred).

Strong background in Project-Based Learning and Differentiated Instruction.

Excellent communication and classroom management skills.

Passion for fostering creativity, critical thinking, and lifelong learning.

Location: LionHeart Academy Campus, Addis Ababa
