Job Responsibilities

The Junior Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for:

• Receiving and delivering physical cash from and to the Cash Administrator.
• Collecting and validating original payment instruments against the system.
• Issuing and signing payment instruments.
• Verifying and validating DRS incoming transfers.
• Initiating DRS outgoing transfers.
• Exchanging cash denominations and posting the related transactions.
• Performing other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications and Requirements

Applicants should have:

• A BA degree in one of the following fields:
  • Accounting
  • Banking & Insurance
  • Banking & Finance
  • Management
  • Business Administration
  • Sales
  • Marketing
  • Economics
  • Or a related field
• Minimum cumulative GPA:
  • 3.00 for male applicants
  • 2.75 for female applicants
• No prior work experience is required.
• Exit Exam is mandatory.
• Applicants should be 30 years old or below, according to the vacancy announcement.
