Job Description

Green Market & Consultancy Ethiopia is looking for a motivated, creative, and target-driven Digital Marketing & Sales Officer to help grow our digital marketplace and increase customers, sellers, and sales.

• Salary: As per company scale

 Key Responsibilities

• – Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns.
  – Manage Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, Telegram and other platforms.
  – Create engaging posts, short videos and promotional content.
  – Find and contact potential customers, sellers and business partners.
  – Generate leads and convert them into active customers.
  – Promote marketplace products, services and advertising packages.
  – Monitor competitors and identify new opportunities.
  – Track marketing/sales performance and prepare reports.
  – Solve customer and marketplace-related problems.

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, IT or related field.
• E-commerce experience or online market
•  Knowledge of digital marketing and social media.
• Good communication, negotiation and sales skills.
• Creative, energetic, self-motivated and target-oriented.
•  Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, SEO or e-commerce is an advantage.
