Looking For
- Years of Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in Insurance
- Relevant Experience: A minimum of 4 years shall be in a managerial position in any one or more of the core areas of General Insurance Operations.
- Leadership skills
- Strategic oriented
- Resource management skill
- Interpersonal skill
- Computer skill
- Minimum of a first degree from a recognized higher institution and preferably have a Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Insurance from the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII).
