CKD Inventory Control & Dispatch Officer

Job Summary

The CKD Inventory Control & Dispatch Officer manages and controls Completely Knocked Down (CKD) parts and materials inventory for Horra Corporate Group's automotive assembly operations. Operating within the corporate supply chain, the role ensures precise inventory records, proper storage and handling of sensitive automotive parts, systematic stock reconciliations, and timely material dispatches to support production lines.

Key Responsibilities

• Inventory Monitoring & Control: Monitor CKD parts inventory, track stock levels, and identify shortages, excess stock, slow-moving items, or damaged materials.
• Shipment Receiving & Verification: Receive incoming CKD shipments, verifying quantities, technical specifications, and supporting shipping documents.
• Warehouse Organization & Storage: Ensure proper identification, labeling, coding, and physical arrangement of CKD parts to prevent damage, loss, or deterioration.
• Stock Reconciliation: Conduct regular physical stock counts and perform rigorous reconciliations between physical inventory and system records.
• Production Coordination: Coordinate the secure movement and timely dispatch of CKD parts between the warehouse and vehicle assembly production areas.

Educational Qualification & Experience Requirements

• Education: Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Accounting, Automotive Technology, Supply Management, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 6 years of relevant professional experience in store management, inventory control, warehouse management, CKD parts handling, or dispatch operations (experience in an automotive manufacturing or vehicle assembly environment is highly desirable).
