Business Manager

Moya Food Complex PLC, a growing food manufacturing company, is seeking to recruit an experienced and results-driven Business Manager to oversee and coordinate the company’s business management activities. We are looking for a strong professional with proven business management experience who can support effective operations, improve organizational performance, coordinate across departments, and contribute to the company’s continued growth.Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate day-to-day business management activities across the company.
• Support senior management in planning, implementing, and monitoring business strategies and objectives.
• Coordinate across departments to ensure effective execution of operational and business priorities.
• Monitor business performance, identify areas for improvement, and recommend practical solutions.
• Develop and follow up on business plans, budgets, work plans, and performance targets in coordination with relevant departments.
• Support the development and implementation of company policies, procedures, and management systems.
• Prepare management reports, business analyses, presentations, and other decision-support materials.
• Participate in commercial, administrative, and operational negotiations and follow-up activities as required.
• Support the management of key external relationships, including customers, suppliers, service providers, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure timely follow-up on management decisions, action items, and cross-functional projects.
