Branch Manager III

Job Summary

ZamZam Bank is seeking an experienced banking professional to serve as a Branch Manager within its expanding interest-free banking network. The role involves leading branch operations, driving financial inclusion, building high-performing teams, and executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives in accordance with Shari’ah principles.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily branch operations, administrative functions, and internal control protocols to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performance team to achieve organizational goals and service standards.
• Drive sales and marketing strategies to expand the branch's customer base and promote interest-free banking products.
• Oversee financial performance, business growth, and service delivery within the assigned branch.
• Apply strong problem-solving and negotiation skills to resolve complex operational and customer issues.
• Ensure strict adherence to bank policies, regulatory standards, and Shari’ah compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Education: Master’s Degree or BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or other business-related fields.
• Experience: 4 to 6 years of total banking experience, with a minimum of 2 years specifically serving as a Branch Manager Grade II.
