Qualification Requirements

Master or Bachelor’s degree in law (LLB),

Required Work Experience

At least three (3) years of on hand professional experience in litigation, debt recovery, foreclosure, judgment execution, or related court and enforcement proceedings. Prior experience in banking and insurance, private law firm practice, or in-house/corporate legal practice, particularly in litigation and recovery matters, is preferred.

Required Knowledge

Sound knowledge of Ethiopian financial, regulations, directives, and regulatory frameworks.

Good understanding of legal principles.

Familiarity with legal investigation requirements.

Understanding legal advisory service principle, and reporting practices.

Knowledge of National Bank of Ethiopia (NBE) directives and applicable financial sector regulations.
