Architect

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in Architecture from a recognized university.

Minimum  3 years of professional experience  in architectural design and supervision.

Specific experience in design of building and landscape works

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural design software.

Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and regulations.

Demonstrated ability to prepare high-quality drawings, 3D models, and presentations.

Ability to manage projects from concept to completion with minimal supervision.

Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.

Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.

Registration or eligibility for professional licensure (advantageous).

Experience in sustainable/green building design (preferred).
