Agri-Business Coordinator

Education: B.A./B.Sc. in Agribusiness, Agricultural Economics, Agribusiness & Value Chain Management, Agricultural Management or a closely related field

Required Professional Experience

Minimum 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in agribusiness, agricultural production, dairy, agricultural marketing, agricultural value chains, farm business management or a related sector.

Demonstrated practical experience in  agricultural or dairy business development .

Experience in market identification, customer development and agricultural product marketing.

Practical understanding of agricultural value chains.

Experience working with buyers, suppliers, processors, traders, cooperatives or other agricultural-sector actors.

Strong knowledge of animal fattening techniques, dairy management, and crop cycles.

Experience in business planning, budgeting, market assessment and profitability analysis is highly desirable.

Competencies:  Budget management, basic data tracking, and excellent team leadership abilities.

Duty Station: Menagesha, Oromia, Ethiopia
