We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accountant & Cashier to manage our daily financial transactions, accounting records, cash operations, inventory records, payroll, and tax compliance.Key Responsibilities
- Record and maintain all daily financial transactions.
- Handle cash, bank, sales receipts, payments, and daily cash reconciliation.
- Issue receipts/invoices and accurately record customer payments.
- Manage petty cash and maintain proper supporting documents.
- Record spare-parts and vehicle sales and purchases.
- Maintain and reconcile inventory records.
- Prepare monthly Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement, and Trial Balance.
- Monitor accounts receivable and payable.
- Prepare employee payroll and related deductions.
- Calculate and prepare VAT and income tax obligations.
- Ensure timely tax filings and maintain tax documentation.
- Prepare regular financial and sales reports for management.
- Identify and report cash, inventory, or accounting discrepancies.
- Maintain organized and confidential financial records.
